Ah, blogging. Here's my little corner of it all -- in West Chester, and well, from wherever on whatever. I'll let you know what I'm thinking and you can let me know what you're thinking. But remember, I can delete your posts.

Releases Are Easier
Artists and writers gang up for one major opening night
(Red Sammy, Michael Kimball, and Publishing Genius Press Host One Night of Three Releases)
On Saturday, December 20th @ Metro Gallery (FREE SHOW) Red Sammy will release their new album, Dog Hang Low; author/filmmaker Michael Kimball will preview an excerpt of I Will Smash You; and Publishing Genius Press will release its latest book, The Origin of Paranoia as a Heated Mole Suit by poet and man-about-town, Rupert Wondolowski.
Red Sammy is regarded for their "graveyard country rock" style and the literary attributes of their songs. They were formed in 2005 by frontman Adam Trice. Dog Hang Low is their sophomore album. They will perform their new songs as well as a handful of older tunes at the release party. (Official Press Release Attached) www.redsammy.com
Michael Kimball is the author of three books, most recently the critically acclaimed novel, Dear Everybody. In I Will Smash You, Kimball interviews guests just before they are recorded using baseball bats, fire, scissors, axes and sledgehammers to smash items that are important to them. Things that were destroyed include military discharge papers, heirlooms, and a Ford Taurus. http://michael-kimball.com/
Publishing Genius Press will release its fifth book, this latest is by Rupert Wondolowski, organizer of The Shattered Wig Night (Baltimore's longest running reading series). Wondolowski will be there to read from his new book of poems, The Origin of Paranoia as a Heated Mole Suit. http://www.publishinggenius.

Gone
Called the PD and they were quite helpful. Even offered suggestions on how to get it back that night. But that was nothing but a waste of time. The tow-truck driver was gone for the evening.
Too much cash, two rides and 12 hours later I was finally driving my car home. And the price of the tow was 10 times the cost of the ticket. Lesson learned -- I'm not going to Downingtown anymore.
