Ah, blogging. Here's my little corner of it all -- in West Chester, and well, from wherever on whatever. I'll let you know what I'm thinking and you can let me know what you're thinking. But remember, I can delete your posts.

I love this time of year. More time cooking outside is always good. I've been grilling as much as possible -- time and weather permitting. As a result, I always end up smelling what my neighbors are cooking. I've even met some of my neighbors as a result. We share what each other is grilling, talk about the weather and exchange drink ideas. Grilling is so communal. And with a couple of holidays coming up, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and my personal favorite, Bastille Day, anyone have any recipes worth sharing?

Simple and Tasty Grilled onions
thinly slice one large or two medium Vidalia onions
toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper
Dump the onion mixture onto a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, fold and seal tightly.
Toss on the grill over and cook along with your steak or chicken pieces.
In about 20 - 30 minutes they will be delicious
Big fan of the french revolution are you?
Or perhaps just 1970s Canadian rock?
